1. Program description. Welch Investment Group LLC sends text messages to people who request information about life insurance or mortgage protection. Messages include replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-up about your quote or application, and customer care.
2. How you opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website form and submitting it, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and appointments.
4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
5. How to opt out. You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to the number that messaged you. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

7. Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
